Three individuals were hanged in public on Wednesday afternoon with the presence of over 2000 Azna residents and a few Lorestan officials.

According to Fars semi-official news agency, head of the Judiciary of Azna said: These individuals called S. R., son of Jahanshah, A. M., son of Hayat-Gholi, and M. Kh., son of Ebrahim, were arrested last year on charge of kidnapping a person called M. E., and were hanged in public under extreme security measures at Nazam Square in the city if Azna.
