Mostafa Eskandari, One of Those Arrested at Neda Agha Soltan’s 40th Day Ceremony in Behesht-e-Zahra Remains in Detention in Evin Prison.
HRANA – Prisoners’ Rights: Mostafa Eskandari who was arrested at Neda Agha Soltan’s chehelom (40th day) ceremony, remains in detention in Ward 240 of Evin Prison.
The Prisoners’ Unit of HRA reports that Mostafa Eskandarian, one of the arrestees of Neda Agha Soltan’s chehelom (40th day) ceremony, remains in Ward 240 of Evin prison after four months without any charged against him and has spent over two months of his detention under interrogation in Ward 209 of Evin Prison.
Mr. Eskandari’s nose and ribs were broken during his interrogations and, as is the case with other detainees, medical services are rarely provided.
