Workers: If we do not see a resolution to our claims by the authorities of the labor bureau of the city of Arawk, in eliminating the work issues of one hundred and eighty (180) workers of this unit and prevention of management violation of this unit, we will come to Tehran.

In the coming days, the Arawk industries workers will come to Tehran if there is no investigation by provincial authorities into the operations of the national industries organization in entrusting this unit to the private sector.

A group of protesting workers from the Arawk industries told the Dastranj reporter: “ If we do not see a resolution to our claims by the authorities of the labor bureau of the city of Arawk, in eliminating the work issues of one hundred and eighty (180) workers of this unit and prevention of management violation of this unit, we will come to Tehran.”

Based on this report the workers stated: “We are heading to Tehran in order to gather in protest in front of the national industries organization to question the operations of this organization when it comes to the weakening of our unit and to take it out of private hands and return it to the governmental sector.”

It is important to mention that the protest of one hundred and eighty (180) workers of the Arawk industries in front of the labor bureau of the Markazi (Central) province took place despite the presence of disciplinary guards and authorities of this organization.
