Seneh News reports: 27-year-old Kurdish activist Ehsan Fattahian was hung this morning in Sanandadj prison. Ehsan, whose execution was widely protested by human rights activists and organizations inside and outside Iran went on dry hunger strike on Sunday.
Protestors gathered in front of the Sanandadj prison at 2:30 a.m. on Wednesday in order to stop the unjust sentence.
Ehsan’s mother threatened to self-immolate should her son be executed. She said: “All our houses are now on fire, when such reviled executioners weave their vulgar noose around our children’s necks to keep their regime standing.”
The following is the text of Ehsan’s last letter from prison.
