Reservations:

Through this initiative we recognize the battle that once again the Iranian people have been waging in defense of their confiscated rights and liberties, in the face of extraordinary violence, during this past year, since the coup of June 12, 2009. We hope to send a strong message to the Iranian people, all of whom are engaged in a struggle with no turning back, onward toward a democracy and respect for human rights.

To these men and women who take daily risks we wish that public opinion in France as elsewhere, have not forgotten them, stand morally with them, salute their courage and have no doubt in their ultimate victory.
